Girls Got Game Camps Are Back!!
Program Information
Basketball Development and Empowerment Camp
July 8 - 12 - ages 7 to 11 years old
July 15 - 19 - ages 9 - 13 years old
Location: TBD
Cost: $293 resident/$352 non-resident
Empowerment Through Sport - This program focuses on girls who are interested in learning the game of basketball, developing their skills, and building confidence. The emphasis will be on skill development and learning the basic team concepts of basketball in a fun, interactive environment. Campers will also develop leadership and initiative skills through collaborative and empowerment activities. Participants will be both in the gymnasium and outside on the field at some points during the camp.
Note: This is for GIRLS ONLY and no experience is necessary. We are proud to play like girls!

Multi-Sport and Empowerment Camp
July 22 - 26 - ages 9 to 13 years old
Location: TBD
Cost: $293 resident/$352 non-resident
Empowerment Through Sport - This program focuses on girls who are interested in learning and playing various sports such as basketball, Ultimate Frisbee, volleyball, soccer, developing their skills, and building confidence. The emphasis will be on collaboration, transferable skills and learning the basic team concepts of various sports in a fun, interactive environment. Campers will also develop leadership and initiative skills through collaborative and empowerment activities. Participants will be both in the gymnasium and outside on the field at some points during the camp. Each participant will get a t-shirt, and a reversible jersey. Participants will enjoy an off-site swim once a week.

The program facilitator is Jackie Zicaro, who has a background in Health and Physical Education and coaches at Sir William Mulock S. S. She is a coach with YNBA, and a Coach Developer for Basketball Canada’s Coaching Certification Program. Each participant will get a t-shirt, reversible jersey and a basketball.
Participants will enjoy an off-site swim once a week.
